Welcome to my little corner of the digital world.

My name’s Joe. I’m a lot of things but often describe myself as a storyteller, problem solver, and conversation starter. I like to learn and love technology. I find inspiration in a number of places, but mostly in the people, I meet. I spend my days as a Digital Strategist/Project Manager at an agency in Washington, DC

So, I’m sure you have a few questions about me and why you should listen to what I have to say. Here is a couple that comes to mind initially.

1. What types of organizations do you have experience working with? — Over my career, I’ve worked with a number of clients across a variety of industries. Here are a few of the highlights:
   1. Entertainment  – I’ve worked with many large entertainment brands including premium cable channels, international news outlets, film distributors, web series and podcast creators and many more with the goal of expanding their digital footprints and grow audiences across platforms.
   2. Non-Profit/Associations – I’ve worked with many large and small mission-driven organizations helping them achieve their digital goals. This includes large organizations with thousands of members to small organizations that cater to a few hundred members/donors.
   3. Commercial Organizations – From local veterinarians to international healthcare organizations to skin care companies and everything in between, I’ve helped commercial companies grow their revenue and expand their relationship with customers.
2. What do you do in your spare time (non-digital)?
   1. As I mentioned I’m a storyteller and conversation starter. My biggest passion is film and writing. It’s something that makes me happy and provides a release for me. I love video editing and writing scripts that I hope one day will spark a conversation between two people who would not have had a conversation in the first place. I also enjoy design and often find myself designing signs and other assignments that my wife (she’s a teacher) uses in her classroom.

I’ve been thinking about starting this blog for a while and finally decided if not now, then when? The digital world is ever evolving, which is one of the things I love about it. I believe I’ll have an endless supply of material, but with that being said, if you have a thought or topic you’d like to see discussed on this blog shoot me a note and I will see what I can do.
