This week’s quote comes from Ann Handley, who’s a writer, digital marketer, best selling author, the list could go on and on. Basically, she’s a super smart person who understands people and marketing and the cross-section of the two.

As my team and I prepare to pitch a new client on the value of long-form storytelling and an overall immersive digital experience for their users this quote grabbed my attention. It’s something I believe and try to carry through in all of the digital experiences I touch.
