This week’s quote is not a new one. It’s from Liz Wendling.
I bring it up now as I prep for presentation with a potential client. As part of the presentation, I plan on discussing what drives people to make most decisions and how adding touchpoints in the process can help sway them to act in the desired way.
Liz has another part of her article that says, “emotion trumps logic every time.”
